Terms & Conditions
1. Service Call and Diagnostic Fee
By scheduling service with Ronin Appliance Repair, the Customer agrees to pay the applicable service call and diagnostic fee. The service call includes a technician visit, diagnosis of the appliance issue, and a repair estimate.
The Customer is under no obligation to approve the proposed repair.
If the Customer approves the recommended repair during the service visit, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total repair cost, where stated in the repair estimate.
If the Customer declines the repair, the service call and diagnostic fee remain due and are non-refundable once the diagnostic service has been performed.
2. Repair Estimates and Approval
Following diagnosis, the Customer will receive a repair estimate that may include labor, parts, warranty coverage, and estimated completion time.
No repair work beyond diagnosis will be performed without Customer approval.
The Customer may accept or decline the proposed repair estimate.
3. Scope Changes During Repair
If additional issues are discovered during diagnosis or repair that were not reasonably apparent during the initial inspection, Ronin Appliance Repair may pause work and provide an updated estimate.
Additional work will not be performed without Customer approval.
4. Deposits and Special-Order Parts
Repairs requiring special-order parts may require a deposit of up to 50% of the approved repair estimate. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the repair.
Estimated completion times are subject to parts availability, manufacturer delays, shipping delays, and other circumstances beyond the Company's control.
Ronin Appliance Repair is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or shipping carriers.
5. Repair Cancellation and Restocking Fees
If the Customer cancels an approved repair after parts have been ordered, the Customer remains responsible for any applicable restocking fees, which may be up to 30% of the cost of each ordered part.
Special-order parts are considered non-returnable once ordered unless accepted by the supplier. Any supplier-imposed restocking fees shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
If a repair cannot be completed after new parts have been installed and the appliance is returned to its original configuration, the cost of special-order parts may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, where permitted by the supplier.
6. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full service call fee.
If the technician arrives at the scheduled location and the appointment is canceled, service is refused, or access to the appliance cannot be provided, the service call fee remains due.
7. Payment Terms
Payment for completed services is due immediately upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ronin Appliance Repair reserves the right to suspend or deny warranty coverage on unpaid invoices until payment has been received in full.
8. Replacement Parts
Parts replaced during a repair may be retained by the Company or returned to the Customer upon request, unless otherwise required by warranty procedures, manufacturer requirements, or supplier agreements.
9. Warranty Coverage
Warranty terms, if applicable, will be stated on the repair estimate, invoice, or work order and may vary based on appliance condition, repair type, and parts used.

11. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the appliance and work area.
Customers are responsible for removing or protecting food, medications, and other temperature-sensitive items before service.
The technician may refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, or otherwise violate applicable laws or regulations.
